Moneyview IPO Shows Exceptional Investor Interest
Moneyview, a digital lending platform, experienced overwhelming investor enthusiasm during its IPO, which was subscribed an impressive 98.5 times by the final day of bidding. The demand was predominantly driven by qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), who subscribed to their share more than 227 times.
Moneyview IPO Subscription Details
The initial public offering (IPO) for Moneyview was available for subscription from September 24 to September 28, featuring a pricing structure of Rs 32-34. Investors needed to make a minimum commitment of Rs 14,112 for purchasing a lot of 441 shares. This IPO consists of a new issue amounting to Rs 750 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 10.04 crore shares. When valued at the upper price bracket, the total issue stands around Rs 6,000 crore.
Investor Categories in the Subscription
According to the exchange data, the QIB segment was subscribed 227.5 times, while non-institutional investors (NIIs) followed with a subscription of 115.4 times. Retail participation also witnessed considerable interest, showing a subscription rate of 19.6 times.
Funds Raised from Anchor Investors
Before the IPO launch, Moneyview successfully secured Rs 327.5 crore from various anchor investors. The anchor book showcased a diverse range, including well-known domestic mutual funds and international institutional investors, such as ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs, Amundi Funds, 360 ONE, and HDFC Life.
Purpose of the Funds Raised
The company intends to allocate Rs 325 crore from the fresh issue for loan disbursals, while Rs 250 crore will be directed towards its NBFC subsidiary, Whizdm Finance. The balance will be utilized for general corporate needs.

During the June 2026 quarter, the company noted a significant year-on-year revenue increase of 50.2%, reaching Rs 1,041 crore, while profits soared 158.8% to Rs 173.8 crore.
