Desible.ai: Advancing AI in BFSI with Significant Funding
Bengaluru-based AI startup Desible.ai has successfully secured Rs 32 crore in a seed plus funding round, which was led by Prime Venture Partners and included participation from existing investor Invention Engine. The funds raised will be directed towards enhancing its agentic AI capabilities, improving compliance infrastructure, and speeding up product development for the BFSI industry.

This innovative platform streamlines customer engagement, servicing, operations, and compliance workflows, starting from voice interactions and extending to WhatsApp, SMS, and email communications.
Current Operations
Desible.ai is currently collaborating with over 40 BFSI institutions and oversees more than 25 agentic workflows that span revenue, risk management, compliance, collections, underwriting, service, and claims. The company reports that its platform manages over 1 crore customer engagements monthly while seamlessly integrating with existing enterprise systems.

The startup prioritises deterministic decision-making, ensuring that workflows are structured to comply with predefined rules regarding disclosures, consent, and escalation processes, all of which are designed to remain auditable. Key use cases for Desible.ai’s platform include collections, lead qualification, renewal management, claims notifications, welcome calling, TeleMER, and cross-selling.
