Troovy Raises Rs 100 Crore in Series B Funding for Snack Brand Expansion
Troovy has achieved a remarkable milestone by raising Rs 100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures, with involvement from Sharrp Ventures and various other investors. Startup Superb had earlier reported on this fundraising effort in June, when the company aimed to secure up to Rs 200 crore in its Series B round.
Based in Gurugram, Troovy previously secured $5 million in its Series A funding round in January of this year. This round was also spearheaded by Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures, alongside contributions from existing investors Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital. Prior to this, the startup raised Rs 2.3 million (Rs 20 crore) during a pre-Series A funding round led by Fireside Ventures in May 2025.
The funds raised will be allocated towards augmenting research and development and manufacturing capabilities, enhancing distribution channels in both quick commerce and offline retail, and propelling its Build Together model, as stated by Troovy in a press release.
About Troovy
Founded in 2023 by Aditya Mukherjee and Mansi Baranwal, Troovy is a food and snacking brand that focuses on providing a range of products, including snacks, sauces, spreads, and millet pasta. The brand prioritises the use of carefully sourced ingredients to offer convenient food solutions designed for children and families.
The development of Troovy’s products is informed by parental feedback and insights into children’s preferences. The brand aims to enhance the attractiveness of better food choices through innovation and a consumer-first mentality.
Product Innovations
Troovy’s vacuum-cooked potato chips are notable for containing only 10% to 12% oil, a stark contrast to the 35% to 40% oil content found in typical chips available in the market. Additionally, the company provides clean-label ketchup and seasonings that are free from synthetic additives and preservatives, specifically tailored for children.
Market Competitors
In the competitive landscape of the kids’ health food market, Troovy faces rivals such as Slurrp Farm, Timios, and The Mumum Co. Brands like Troovy, Slurrp Farm, Open Secret, and Beyond Snack are meeting the growing consumer demand for healthier food options while expanding their presence across direct-to-consumer (D2C), e-commerce, quick commerce, and offline retail channels.
This sector has drawn significant investor interest, with Slurrp Farm securing Rs 30 crore in an extended Series C funding round from Scarlet Ventures earlier this year. In July 2026, Open Secret raised Rs 50 crore through equity investment from Desai Brothers Group along with institutional debt.
