Amit Banerji, the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Table Space, a provider of collaborative working environments, has sadly passed away following a heart attack, according to reports from VCCircle. He was aged 44. This information was confirmed by Apurva Chamaria, the Global Head of Venture Capital & Startups at Google, via a post on X.

Table Space, which focuses on offering co-working spaces, was preparing for a public listing this year and had enlisted the services of Axis as a bookrunner, as reported by multiple media outlets. The company was founded in 2017 by Banerji, along with co-founders Karan Chopra and Kunal Mehra, who presently serve as Chief Investment Officer and President, respectively.
