Favcy Venture Builders Celebrates 10th Anniversary at Summit 2025
Favcy Venture Builders (Favcy VB) has marked a significant milestone by celebrating its 10th anniversary at the Favcy VB Summit 2025, held at Bharat Mandapam. This remarkable event gathered over 150 venture capitalists (VCs) and investors, alongside more than 30 founders from its extensive portfolio.
Among the distinguished attendees were well-known VCs and family offices, including AWE Funds, Stanford Alumni Fund, She Capital, Anay Ventures, and the Vineeta Surana Family Office. Additionally, angel investors from the 1stCheque network and esteemed government representatives from organisations like MeitY and iStart Rajasthan contributed to the event. The summit underscored Favcy VB’s significant influence in empowering more than 10,000 founders.
Pranav Chaturvedi, the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Favcy VB, stated that over the last decade, the process of venture building has been refined into a science, establishing a robust foundation for startups right from the beginning. He asserted that this represents the future of entrepreneurship, emphasising that the next batch of unicorns will be built rather than merely discovered.
The summit showcased live pitches from 33 founders, representing various sectors such as AI, SaaS, D2C, deeptech, and sportstech. Among the standout startups were Serri, a generative AI product company, and Maity’s, a venture focused on elder care services. Several startups succeeded in securing funding commitments exceeding Rs 40 crore, supported by leading VC firms and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), including AWE Funds, Good Capital, and IIM A Ventures, who joined in these crucial funding rounds, backing high-growth ventures.
Seema Chaturvedi, Managing Partner at AWE Funds, expressed that Favcy VB’s structured approach mitigates risks associated with early-stage investing, ensuring successful scalability. The portfolio showcased during the summit stands as evidence of their effective model.
A standout element of the summit was the 1to10 Demo Day, where first-time investors played an active role in shaping the future of India’s startup ecosystem. This initiative is part of Favcy VB’s overarching mission to democratise access to venture building and early-stage investments.
The event also highlighted Favcy VB’s innovative Gen AI platforms—Favcy Navigator and Startup Nalanda—crafted to empower founders throughout every stage of their entrepreneurial journey.
