A relationship between a woman and her boyfriend took an unforeseen twist due to his fixation on cryptocurrency, culminating in a breakup. The woman, known as Rekha, posted a sharp review on a well-known crypto trading platform, attributing the failure of her seven-year relationship to the app.
In the widely circulated review, Rekha expressed that the trading application was to blame for the split, stating that her former partner Rahul had become so engrossed in digital currency that he neglected their romance. “This app is the reason for my breakup of 7 years relationship. My ex-BF (Rahul) has spent more time on it than with me in the last few months. He thinks he can be Elon Musk of crypto & keep looking at random graphs of some weird coins 24×7,” she conveyed.
The situation escalated absurdly when Rahul presented her with “doggy coins” as a birthday gift and even proposed that her father put their wedding savings into cryptocurrency. The fiery review sparked a wave of reactions on social media, with responses ranging from sympathy to ridicule.
“Doggy coins? If Elon reads this, he is gonna cry,” remarked one user on Twitter, making a nod to the cryptocurrency Dogecoin, which has garnered attention thanks to Elon Musk’s endorsement.
The crypto trading platform did not ignore Rekha’s feedback. They responded graciously with a corporate message: “Rekha, we’re deeply sorry to hear about your experience.
