Workspace solution provider Incuspaze has made a significant acquisition by taking over VSKOUT, a B2B SaaS solution that delivers curated data analytics for commercial real estate (CRE). This strategic acquisition aims to boost and integrate advanced technological capabilities.

The acquisition combines cash and equity, presenting a strong financial structure for the partnership.

Founded in 2016 by Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain, VSKOUT is well-regarded for its proprietary analytics tools, data mapping skills, and deep insights into the commercial real estate landscape in India. By merging with Incuspaze, which has a vast regional presence with 50 locations covering over 4 million sq. ft., the new entity is poised to transform how Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and other enterprises view growth, site selection, and strategic decisions.

Integration of Real-Time Property Intelligence

Incuspaze plans to incorporate VSKOUT’s real-time property intelligence into its workspace offerings, providing clients across India and GCCs with smarter, faster, and highly scalable solutions.

Leadership Roles Post-Acquisition

Following the merger, both Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain will assume key leadership roles within Incuspaze. Saumya will oversee the GCC vertical and lead strategic research and data innovation initiatives for the newly formed entity. Meanwhile, Pankaj Jain will focus on enhancing Incuspaze’s technological framework, which is expected to boost revenue and improve workplace experiences.

Advanced Analytics Tools for Clients

VSKOUT’s unique data mapping and predictive analytics tools facilitate enhanced client dashboards, occupancy forecasting, and site benchmarking. A tailored roadmap is being developed to introduce white-label data solutions for developers and subscription-based insights tailored for enterprise clients.

Incuspaze’s Expansive Reach

Established in 2016, Incuspaze has extended its footprint to over 50 locations across 18 cities, amassing a total portfolio of 4 million sq. ft. The company offers a variety of services aimed at enterprises, GCCs, and large Indian corporations, ensuring hassle-free managed office, co-working, asset leasing, design and build, and traditional workspace solutions.
