Funding Success for Beep Edtech Startup
Beep, an innovative Edtech startup, has successfully secured $850,000 in a pre-Series A funding round, led by Knowhere Ventures LLC, Pacific Global Solutions Limited, and LeadAngels FLV. Prominent angel investors Vipul Prakash from wowJobs and Sandeep Johri from Checkmarx also participated in this funding round. With this investment, Beep’s overall funding has now reached $1.5 million.
Strategic Growth with New Capital
The newly acquired capital is intended to significantly scale Beep’s user base to 5 million. The startup aims to onboard 150 additional colleges within the next nine months and to further develop its industry-oriented programs.
About Beep: Pioneering Career Development
Founded in 2021 by Saurabh Mangrulkar, Rakhi Pal, and Yogesh Nogia, this Pune-based startup is constructing an AI-powered career platform tailored for students and early-career professionals, particularly targeting tier II and tier III cities. Currently, Beep offers more than 28 active programs spanning design, certification, and internship tracks.
Comprehensive Offerings for Users
Beep’s platform combines career guidance, mentorship, structured learning paths, and AI-enhanced recruitment tools. Key offerings include a career app that connects users to mentorship and job opportunities, upskilling programmes with placement assistance, UniBeep for managing institutional placements, and BeepHire.ai aimed at fresh talent recruitment.
The startup boasts of facilitating over 30,000 placements, internships, and gig opportunities to date. Additionally, Beep has cultivated a user base exceeding 6.5 million, forged partnerships with 1,500 colleges, and collaborated with 7,800 hiring companies.
