EcoSoul Home Secures $20 Million in Funding for Sustainable Home Essentials
Sustainable home essentials brand EcoSoul Home has successfully raised $20 million through a combination of equity and debt financing. The Series B funding round was spearheaded by Accel, along with strategic backers Bajaj Financial Securities Limited, StartupXseed Ventures, JSW Ventures, and CK Birla Group, with additional investment from Singh Capital Partners. Furthermore, the company received extra venture debt from Alteria Capital and SIDBI.
With this current funding, EcoSoul has accumulated over $50 million to strengthen its market position across various regions. The capital will be directed towards boosting manufacturing capabilities at its three production sites in India. It will also help enhance its omni-channel retail strategy in core markets, including the USA, UK, Europe, GCC nations, and India, as stated in a recent press release from EcoSoul Home.
According to market analysis, the sustainable home products sector is expected to reach a staggering $663.9 billion by 2034, expanding at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.5%.
About EcoSoul Home and Its Product Line
Founded in 2020 by Rahul Singh and Arvind Ganesan, EcoSoul creates eco-friendly home essentials using sustainable materials like palm leaves, bamboo, sugarcane bagasse, and PLA. The product lineup features items such as bamboo chopping boards, biodegradable cups, and palm leaf plates.
The company offers an extensive range of over 1,800 products, available in more than 50 retail stores across seven countries, including India, the USA, Vietnam, and China.

In terms of financial performance, EcoSoul reported an impressive year-on-year revenue growth exceeding 40%, culminating in Rs 26.8 crore for FY24 based on its filings in India. However, the company did experience a loss of Rs 4.6 crore during the same timeframe.
Noida and US-based EcoSoul competes against other sustainable home essentials ventures like CHUK, Delhi’s Ecoware, and Mumbai’s Dinearth, among several others.
