Healthfab, a leading reusable period panty brand, has successfully raised $1 million in its pre-Series A funding round. This round was spearheaded by Mistry Ventures and included contributions from BeyondSeed, Thrive Ventures, alongside respected investors like Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, Vineeta Singh, and Peyush Bansal. Prior to this funding, the company secured $336K during a seed round with BeyondSeed in 2022.
The capital raised will be directed towards expanding Healthfab’s footprint in metropolitan and Tier 2 cities, as well as enhancing research and development efforts, as specified by the company in an official press release.

Healthfab was co-founded in 2019 by Kiriti Acharjee, Sourav Chakrabarty, and Satyajit Chakraborty, with the mission of revolutionising menstrual hygiene through convenient, comfortable, and eco-friendly products. The brand aims to address the challenges faced by women and their families effectively. Its flagship product, the GoPadFree Period Panty, is a reusable and leak-proof alternative that ensures comfort, allows free movement, and significantly reduces plastic waste. The design of the product promotes confidence and ease for users.
Market Growth Potential
Research indicates that India’s feminine hygiene market is expected to reach $2 billion by 2030, with a remarkable compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 14.8% from 2025 to 2030. Healthfab proudly asserts that it is the first reusable period panty brand in India to obtain BIS certification and patent protection for its advanced technology. The brand claims to have served over 300,000 customers, achieving an impressive annual revenue growth rate of 2.5 to 3 times.
