AvenuesAI Ltd is set to be the new name for Infibeam Avenues as part of a comprehensive change in its business focus. This rebranding has received preliminary approval from the board and is pending statutory and regulatory endorsements. The new name signifies the company’s shift from being a mere provider of payments and e-commerce infrastructure to a modern AI-centric digital payments and fintech entity.
Leadership Changes at AvenuesAI Ltd
Alongside the rebranding, AvenuesAI Ltd is planning a leadership transformation. Vishwas Patel, who currently holds the position of Joint Managing Director, is being promoted to Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Meanwhile, Vishal Mehta will maintain his role as Chairman and Managing Director, concentrating on the long-term strategy and the company’s roadmap centred around AI.
New Board Appointment
In the same board meeting, the company has also appointed Neharika Vohra as an Additional Women Director (non-executive, independent) for a term of five years starting December 11, 2025. Vohra brings valuable experience, having held high-level positions in entrepreneurship programmes at IIMA Ventures.

AvenuesAI Ltd operates not only in India but also across various international markets, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and the US, with partnerships involving major banks in Oman. The company believes that global growth in payments will provide better unit economics, and the rebranding aligns with this vision.
Impressive Financial Performance
The business showcased an impressive 84% revenue growth in the first half of FY26, alongside a 26% year-on-year increase in Total Payment Volume (TPV). CCAvenue continues as the main brand for its payment gateway and merchant services, collaborating with over 200 banks and financial institutions.
AvenuesAI Ltd has processed transactions amounting to Rs 8.67 trillion in FY25 and supports more than 10 million merchants and enterprise clients across its payment and platform sectors.
