Infinite Uptime Secures $35 Million in Series C Funding
Infinite Uptime, a leader in predictive maintenance solutions for industrial machinery, has successfully raised $35 million in its Series C funding round. This investment was spearheaded by Avataar Ventures, with contributions from StepStone Group and LGVP, along with current stakeholders such as Tiger Global and GSR Ventures.
Based in Pune and California, the startup has now raised an impressive total of approximately $65 million to date, which includes a notable $18.85 million from its Series B3 funding round held in May 2023.
The recent capital injection will fuel Infinite Uptime’s expansion efforts, enabling the development of its IoT platform, enhancing its presence in the manufacturing industry, and increasing its market reach in the United States and across other global regions.

Founded in 2015 by Raunak Bhinge, Infinite Uptime utilises advanced AI and machine learning technologies to conduct remote diagnostics and predict potential machinery issues. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency and minimise downtime for industrial operations.
Global Reach and Industry Focus
Currently, Infinite Uptime supports approximately 800 plants across nearly 30 countries, concentrating on various manufacturing sectors, including cement, steel, metals and mining, FMCG, chemicals, oil and gas, power, pharmaceuticals, tires, automotive, construction, and pipelines, among others.
Financial Growth and Market Position
During the fiscal year concluding in March 2024, Infinite Uptime witnessed a remarkable growth in revenue, more than doubling to Rs 54.74 crore in FY24, compared to Rs 24.71 crore in FY23. Additionally, the company has effectively reduced its losses to Rs 8.4 crore in FY24 from Rs 13.5 crore in the preceding fiscal year.
Infinite Uptime faces competition from companies like UptimeAI, which secured $14 million in a Series A funding round in July of the previous year. Other significant global competitors include Sight Machine, Prospection, SparkCognition, and Augury.
