Maruti Suzuki India Limited Announces Winners of Accelerator Program
Maruti Suzuki India Limited has revealed the winners of the ninth iteration of its Accelerator program. The chosen startups include six from India—Frinks AI, mistEO, Adagrad, Com Olho, ProSolvr, and Eligere—and three from Germany—Caire AI, Syn2Core, and Talonic—under a newly introduced Global Startups category.
Engagement in Proof-of-Concept Projects
All nine winners will participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) projects with Maruti Suzuki, where they will test and validate their solutions in real-world settings alongside internal teams. This cohort is notable as it marks the first instance of global participation, with 19 Indian startups and 7 German startups having been shortlisted to present at the finale.
Focus on AI-Driven Solutions
The selected startups showcased AI-driven solutions across various sectors, including cybersecurity, road safety, EV charging, battery swapping, and quality control. These innovations aim to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experiences, aligning with Maruti Suzuki’s broader objectives to scale its operations and incorporate advanced technologies.
Maruti Suzuki’s Startup Initiatives
Maruti Suzuki’s startup initiatives include the Accelerator (launched in 2019), Incubation Program (introduced in 2020), and Mobility Challenge (kicked off in 2021). Over the past six years, the company has assessed more than 5,000 startups, engaged with 150, and successfully onboarded 25 as partners.
