Equity Management Platform Qapita Secures $26.5 Million in Series B Funding
Qapita, a leading equity management platform based in Singapore, has successfully raised $26.5 million in its Series B funding round, spearheaded by the US-based Charles Schwab Corporation. This round also saw contributions from established investors such as Citi and MassMutual Ventures. Prior to this, in October 2021, Qapita had raised $15 million from East Ventures (Growth Fund), Vulcan Capital, among others, bringing its total funding to nearly $50 million to date.
The funding will enable Qapita to enhance its presence in the US market and introduce its fund administration services across various regions. Furthermore, Qapita is planning a strategic partnership with Charles Schwab for Schwab Private Issuer Equity Services, powered by the Qapita platform.
