Rangsons Aerospace Secures Rs 300 Crore in Funding
Rangsons Aerospace, a leading product technology firm focused on aerospace, defense, and homeland security, has successfully secured Rs 300 crore (approximately $36.5 million). This funding round was spearheaded by ValueQuest Investment Advisors, with Anand Rathi Advisors providing financial advisory services throughout the process.
The capital raised will be allocated towards the development of products and solutions aimed at both the commercial and military aviation sectors worldwide. Additionally, it will facilitate expansion into new business verticals through targeted acquisitions.
Rangsons Aerospace operates as part of the NR Group, a prominent business conglomerate located in Mysore. The company has established three operational facilities in Bangalore and Mysore. Its diverse product offerings include satellite communication systems, airborne thermal management solutions, and fluid distribution systems.

As a tier I partner to industry leaders such as Boeing, GE, and Honeywell, Rangsons Aerospace has secured its stature in the global aerospace sector. The company also provides essential systems to significant Indian organisations, including ISRO, the Indian Navy, and HAL.
