The app is currently accessible to users in Bengaluru on both iOS and Android devices.

Swiggy’s goal is to onboard over 10,000 professionals through Pyng. The app facilitates users in finding specialists in various domains including health, wellness, finance, education, travel, and events. Categories of professionals available through Pyng comprise yoga instructors, tax planners, career advisors, DJs, makeup artists, and much more.

According to Swiggy, Pyng harnesses AI technology to intelligently pair users with the appropriate professionals based on their specifications. A sophisticated AI assistant understands user queries and provides real-time recommendations. Furthermore, each professional also benefits from a personal AI assistant, which relays information about the services and addresses inquiries prior to finalizing any booking. Earlier this year, Swiggy released a seller version of Pyng, successfully listing over 1,000 professionals. This app forms an integral part of Swiggy’s broader initiative to simplify everyday life for urban dwellers.
