Truva Secures $6.32 Million in Funding
Truva, a prominent player in the proptech sector, has successfully secured more than $6.32 million from its current investors, Stellaris Venture Partners and Orios Venture Partners. The company’s board has authorized the issuance of 54,628 Series A Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at an issue price of Rs 10,383 per share, raising a total of Rs 56.72 crore, as detailed in its filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
Leading this funding round, Stellaris Venture Partners contributed Rs 30.5 crore, while Orios Venture Partners invested Rs 26.22 crore. The newly acquired funds will be directed toward meeting working capital requirements and expanding the operations of the company, according to the RoC submission.
Valuation and Background of Truva
As per the estimates provided by Startup Superb, Truva holds a valuation of approximately Rs 284 crore ($31.60 million) on a post-money basis. Established in 2023 by Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal, and Ankit Gupta, Truva delivers comprehensive property listings enriched with detailed insights and support for potential buyers. This includes services related to financing, documentation, and registration processes.
Innovative Features Offered by Truva
The startup boasts several unique features like natural light assessments, noise level ratings, immersive 3D tours, and high-resolution images and videos of properties.
Stake Distribution Among Investors
Following this fresh allotment, Stellaris Venture Partners has secured a 24.53% share in Truva, while Orios Venture Partners holds 9.24%. The co-founders Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal, and Ankit Gupta collectively retain a 54.87% stake in the company, with each owning 18.29%.
Previous Funding and Financial Performance
Prior to this funding round, Truva had raised $3 million in a seed funding initiative led by early-stage venture capital firm Stellaris Venture Partners. For the fiscal year ending March 2024, Truva reported an operating revenue of Rs 10.88 lakh, alongside a loss of Rs 10.30 lakh, indicative of its early-stage, pre-revenue operations. The company has yet to submit its financial data for FY25.

According to Startup Superb’s annual report, proptech startups collectively garnered $368 million across 31 deals in 2025, representing 2.82% of the total fundraising for that year.
