Prime Day 2025 Announced by Amazon India

Prime Day 2025 is set to take place from 12:00 AM on July 12 to 11:59 PM on July 14, marking the longest Prime Day event in India thus far. This extended sale will exclusively cater to Prime members, offering them a chance to enjoy exclusive launches and significant savings.

Akshay Sahi, Director of Prime, Delivery and Returns for India and Emerging Markets, stated that this year marks a special occasion as Prime Day has been extended to three full days. He expressed excitement about the extensive range of shopping, savings, and entertainment that users can explore.

New Product Launches from Top Brands

This year’s Prime Day promises a diverse collection of new products from over 400 prominent brands, including Samsung, Harley Davidson, OnePlus, HP, Asus, Boat, Lenovo, and Puma, among others. Additionally, more than 1,600 new products will be introduced from small and medium businesses such as Phool, Alpino, and Indigenous Honey.

Exclusive Benefits for Prime Members

Prime members will have access to exclusive perks, which include same-day delivery on over 10 lakh products, early access to top launches, and instant savings when using ICICI Bank and SBI Credit Cards. Users of Amazon Pay will also be eligible for cashback on flight and hotel bookings, as well as discounts on movie tickets and international travel.

Entertainment Offerings Leading Up to the Sale

Entertainment will be a significant part of the pre-sale excitement, with Prime Video set to launch 17 new series and films in various languages. Additionally, Amazon Music will introduce a multilingual playlist called “Baelist,” featuring popular Indian artists. Customers will also have the ability to engage with Alexa for adding items to their cart or tracking orders through voice commands.

AI-Powered Shopping Assistant

Introducing Rufus, the new AI-powered shopping assistant, which will assist users in making quicker and more informed buying decisions by providing real-time recommendations and product comparisons.

Prime Day 2025 will also feature enhanced offers for Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit cardholders, such as 5% cashback for Prime members, extra discounts during the sale, and welcome rewards up to ₹3,000.

The event is accessible to all Prime subscribers, with memberships available starting at ₹399 for the Shopping Edition, ₹799 for Prime Lite, and ₹1,499 for the comprehensive Prime membership.
