The Apple AirPods Max 2 is reported to provide up to 1.5 times more effective Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to eliminate external sounds. It promises improved audio quality, powered by the new H2 chip that includes a fresh digital signal processing algorithm along with advanced audio computational techniques.
These headphones include a new high-dynamic range amplifier for clear sound, Spatial Audio, and features such as Advanced Audio, Conversation Awareness, Voice Isolation, and Live Translation.
Eric Treski, the director of Audio Product Marketing at Apple, stated that the sound quality is exceptionally clean, rich, and acoustically detailed — and when paired with features like Personalised Spatial Audio, the AirPods Max 2 provide an exceptionally immersive listening experience.
The AirPods Max 2 supports 24-bit, 48 kHz lossless audio when linked via a USB-C cable. Additionally, it features Bluetooth 5.3 for seamless connectivity. Concerning battery life, it is claimed to deliver up to 20 hours of usage with active noise cancellation engaged.
Furthermore, the headphones include camera remote functionality, enabling users to take photos or record videos by simply pressing the Digital Crown while operating the Camera app or compatible third-party camera applications on iPhone or iPad.
