Reasons Behind the iOS 18.4 Beta Withdrawal
The boot loop issue seems to be the main reason for Apple’s decision to retract the beta update for certain devices. A boot loop occurs when a device keeps restarting without successfully reaching the home screen, rendering it unusable.
Although this issue appears to be especially common among iPhone 12 models, Apple has also recognized other problems affecting select cellular iPad Air models, which seem unrelated to the boot loop problem.
