Through this collaboration, items such as wireless power banks, charging docks, speedy chargers, cables, phone cases, and tech organisers will be accessible on Zepto’s platform, greatly enhancing consumer convenience and availability.

Saurav Adlakha, Co-founder and COO of DailyObjects, mentioned that quick commerce has altered shopping behaviours by facilitating almost instantaneous delivery. He expressed enthusiasm about this collaboration, believing it would assist in reaching a wider customer base and improving product accessibility for users.

Chandan Mendiratta, Zepto’s Chief Brand & Culture Officer, remarked on how this partnership aligns with Zepto’s commitment to delivering speed and ease. He noted that tech accessories are everyday necessities, and users will now have immediate access to chargers, power banks, or cables when they are most needed.

This collaboration arrives at a time when quick commerce platforms in India are broadening their product ranges beyond mere groceries and daily necessities. The quick-commerce sector in India was anticipated to surge from $100 million in 2020 to over $6 billion in annual sales by 2024, as per Datum Intelligence.
Competitive Market Environment
Competitors of Zepto, such as Blinkit, owned by Zomato, and Swiggy Instamart, have also begun offering electronic gadgets and tech accessories, including smartphones, printers, and laptops. This trend signifies a significant shift within the market, reflecting an increasing demand for the timely delivery of tech products throughout the nation.
