StampMyVisa Acquires Teleport: A B2B Visa Platform’s Strategic Move
StampMyVisa, a leading business-to-business (B2B) visa platform, has made a significant acquisition by purchasing Teleport, an innovative travel tech startup based in South India. Notable Indian startup founders, including Kunal Shah (CRED), Vidit Aatrey (Meesho), and Phanindra Sama (RedBus), support Teleport. This acquisition underscores StampMyVisa’s commitment to enhance and expand visa services across India and Southeast Asia by merging Teleport’s digital-first approach aimed at young travellers with StampMyVisa’s operational capabilities and B2B expertise.
Founded in 2023 by Pravin Wadekar, Rahul Borude, and Amey Anekar, StampMyVisa enables travel agents, corporates, OTAs, and MICE companies to manage visas for over 60 countries, achieving an impressive 99.5% success rate. Within just six months, the company reports that it has processed over 50,000 visas and quadrupled its revenue in just eight months. StampMyVisa is currently in advanced discussions to secure $3 million to support its next growth phase.

Teleport, launched in 2022 by Nikita Dresswala, is dedicated to simplifying travel visa applications. Based in Mumbai, the startup offers a platform that facilitates the visa application process, providing support from initial submission through to final approval. Teleport recently secured $507K in seed funding from Angel List and other investors.
