LEAD Group, a prominent school learning systems company, has recently made several key leadership changes to enhance its organisational structure and executive team. These appointments coincide with the company’s commitment to expanding its reach and advancing technology-led learning solutions across educational institutions.
Leadership Transitions at LEAD Group
As part of the organisational changes, Ajay Kashyap will take on the position of Chief Executive Officer at Ms Curie.AI, the AI-focused branch of LEAD Group. In this new capacity, Kashyap will spearhead the development of artificial intelligence products that prioritise personalised learning experiences and offer robust support for teachers.
Senior Leadership Appointments
LEAD Group has also appointed three senior leaders to its executive team. Soham Mukherjee has been nominated as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and will drive the company’s expansion strategies. Indranil Banerjee has been elevated to Chief Product Officer (CPO), responsible for overseeing product strategy and innovation across the entire portfolio. Meanwhile, Guruprasad Holla has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer (CTO), tasked with shaping and executing the company’s technology vision.
