Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Limited: AI Solutions Partnership

Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Limited, established by Reliance Intelligence Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, is set to innovate in the artificial intelligence sector. This new venture has been launched in collaboration with Facebook Overseas Inc., also a wholly owned subsidiary of Meta Platforms Inc. The primary aim of this partnership is to create, market, and provide enterprise-level artificial intelligence solutions throughout India.

As detailed in their exchange filing, Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Limited was officially incorporated on October 24, 2025, with an initial investment of Rs 2 crore to acquire 20 lakh equity shares, each valued at Rs 10. Under the terms of the joint venture, both Reliance Intelligence and Facebook have agreed to collectively invest Rs 855 crore into the enterprise. With this arrangement, Reliance Intelligence will hold a controlling 70% stake in Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Limited, while Facebook will retain the remaining 30%.

The exchange filing also confirmed that this transaction is not classified as a related party transaction, and none of the promoters, promoter groups, or associated companies of Reliance have any vested interest in this initiative.
