ekincare Expands Its Digital Health Solutions with Superclaims Acquisition
Digital health platform ekincare has strategically acquired Superclaims, an AI driven claims adjudication SaaS platform. Following this acquisition, Bhavish Ramaswamy, the cofounder and CEO of Superclaims, along with Maneesh Daithala, the cofounder and CTO, will maintain their roles and report to ekincare’s senior leadership team. The Superclaims brand will continue to function independently while gaining the advantages of ekincare’s extensive platform and distribution network.
Growth Opportunities Through Strategic Acquisition
This acquisition is anticipated to unlock new avenues for growth by enhancing ekincare’s reach among insurers and TPAs. It aims to increase wallet share within its current enterprise clientele while also creating opportunities for cross-selling between the two companies. Furthermore, this collaboration positions both ekincare and Superclaims to extend their influence beyond India as an AI driven SaaS platform catering to insurance companies worldwide.
