Imarticus Learning Acquires BELLS Institute for Enhanced Professional Education

Imarticus Learning has completed the acquisition of BELLS Institute of Higher Learning located in Singapore. This acquisition merges two institutions dedicated to professional education and workforce advancement. Imarticus Learning has reportedly supported over 1 million learners and now joins forces with BELLS, which boasts a network of over 150,000 alumni and seven training centres throughout Singapore, alongside collaborations with the Singapore government, SkillsFuture Singapore, and various enterprises in the region.

The merged organisation features a workforce of more than 1,100 employees and operates from over 25 offices across both India and Singapore. While Imarticus Learning has established its presence in finance and professional education in India, BELLS contributes expertise in enterprise learning, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, technology, and workforce development, along with established relationships with the Singapore government.

The company states that this acquisition will provide learners in India with opportunities for engagement in Singapore’s exchange and career pathways across ASEAN. Furthermore, learners in Singapore will benefit from access to Imarticus Learning’s programmes that encompass finance, data science, analytics, and technology.

Future Programmes and Collaborations

The newly formed entity intends to introduce programmes that cover AI literacy, applied machine learning, AI applications in finance and fintech, as well as AI-enabled business transformation. These programmes are designed to be developed in partnership with industry collaborators and will be closely aligned with employer needs across Singapore, India, and the wider ASEAN region.
