SuperManager AGI in Acquisition Deal with Fortune 100 Company
Enterprise AI startup SuperManager AGI, previously known as Oqlous AGI, is currently engaged in an acquisition process with a Fortune 100 global corporation, as per information from well-informed sources. Insights shared with Startup Superb indicate that the transaction is estimated at approximately Rs 50 crore and is in progress, with both parties striving to finalise the agreement. The identity of the potential buyer remains undisclosed, and it has not been confirmed whether any definitive agreement has been signed.
Founded in early 2025 by Nirmal Nambiar and Aditya Sharma, SuperManager AGI creates an enterprise agentic AI platform that allows businesses to employ autonomous AI agents within Project Management and Execution. Should the acquisition be successful, the ownership of the startup’s technological framework would transition to the Fortune 100 company, while the founding team is anticipated to integrate into the acquirer’s organisation to assist in scaling the platform on a global scale.
Nirmal Nambiar, an alumnus of IIT Dharwad, has a background as a product manager at Microsoft prior to establishing the company with Sharma, who is at the helm of the startup’s technological advancement. Initially launched as Oqlous AGI, the startup underwent a rebranding earlier this year.
The platform developed by SuperManager AGI is underpinned by its unique Beehive Agentic Architecture and Agentic Data Architecture (ADA), with the foundational research having been published in a peer-reviewed paper. According to the information provided by SuperManager AGI, the firm caters to over 100 organisations, including Fortune 100 companies, and is supported by Perplexity. It also boasts strategic alliances with Z.ai, Eternal, Sarvam AI, and Swiggy.
Startup Superb has reached out to Nirmal Nambiar and SuperManager AGI for further comments. If the acquisition goes through, it will occur less than two years after the company’s registration in early 2025. The anticipated transaction signifies a rising trend of acquisition activities in the enterprise AI sector, as consulting agencies and tech firms aim to enhance their agentic AI features through such mergers.
