Amagi Reports Impressive Growth in Q4 FY26

Bengaluru-based SaaS company Amagi has announced its first quarterly results since becoming public, revealing a remarkable 28.5% year-on-year surge in revenue along with consecutive quarterly profits in Q4 FY26. Amagi’s operating revenue surged to Rs 397 crore in Q4 FY26, a notable increase from Rs 308.9 crore in Q4 FY25, as indicated by its consolidated financial statements submitted to the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Full Fiscal Year Performance

For the entire fiscal year concluding in March 2026, the company’s operating revenue rose by 29.5%, reaching Rs 1,505.6 crore, up from Rs 1,162.6 crore in FY25. Employee benefit expenses constituted the largest cost for the company in Q4 FY26, amounting to Rs 188 crore. Overall expenses saw a 16.1% rise to Rs 381 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 328 crore in Q4 FY25.

Profit Results

Amagi reported a profit of Rs 34.3 crore in Q4 FY26, a significant turnaround from a loss of Rs 10.6 crore in Q4 FY25. On a sequential basis, the profit increased by 10.7% from Rs 31 crore noted in Q3 FY26. For the entire fiscal year (FY26), the profits reached Rs 71.6 crore, compared to a loss of Rs 68.7 crore in FY25.

Stock Market Debut

Amagi made its public trading debut on the stock exchanges in January this year, following a successful initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 1,789 crore. The shares opened at a 12% discount relative to the issue price. As of the latest data (11:52 AM), Amagi’s shares are trading at Rs 414.65, resulting in a total market capitalisation of Rs 8,791 crore.
