BlissClub Secures Rs 160 Crore in Series B Funding Round

D2C athleisure brand BlissClub has successfully raised Rs 160 crore (approximately $16.8 million) in a Series B funding round spearheaded by Singularity AMC. Also participating were Meesho CEO Vidit Aatrey and existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures. This financial boost comes at a time of heightened interest from investors in India’s D2C apparel and sportswear segment.

The new investment has resulted in a remarkable 62% increase in BlissClub’s valuation since its previous funding round, although the founders’ collective ownership has dipped below 40%. An analysis by Startup Superb reveals insights into the firm’s regulatory filings, funding details, cap table, and post-money valuation.

According to records obtained from the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the BlissClub board approved the issue of 69,247 Series B compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at a price of Rs 24,503.3 per share to achieve the Rs 160 crore funding target. Singularity AMC was the leading investor, contributing Rs 70 crore, followed by Vidit Aatrey’s investment of Rs 50 crore. Existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures contributed Rs 24.66 crore and Rs 15.33 crore, respectively.

The company stated that the new capital will be utilised for expanding into additional categories, increasing its offline retail footprint, enhancing product development, and recruiting talent to support the next period of growth. As per estimates from Startup Superb, BlissClub’s valuation soared by 62% to approximately Rs 860 crore (about $91 million) after the Series B funding round, compared to Rs 532 crore during the Series A.

Following this latest allotment, Elevation Capital holds a 22.19% stake in BlissClub, while Eight Roads Ventures owns 14.24%. Singularity AMC, which led the Series B funding round, has an 8.14% stake, and Vidit Aatrey possesses 6.94%. Co-founder Minu Margeret continues to be the largest shareholder with a 37.03% ownership.

BlissClub was founded in 2020 by Minu Margeret as a D2C athleisure brand focusing on technical activewear for Indian women. The company has expanded into an omnichannel model with over 40 retail locations and a newly launched menswear collection. Its product range includes leggings, tops, outerwear, and accessories, which are available through its website, marketplaces, and retail outlets.

As of now, BlissClub has not submitted its annual financial report for FY26. In FY25, the company reported an operating revenue increase of 51.5%, rising to Rs 131.58 crore from Rs 86.88 crore in FY24. Simultaneously, its net loss decreased by 54.1% to Rs 20.16 crore, down from Rs 43.92 crore during the same timeframe.

BlissClub faces competition from various brands in India’s expanding women’s activewear and athleisure market, including Kica Active, CAVA Athleisure, Silvertraq, HRX, and Cultsport.
