Medical tourism platform CureMeAbroad has successfully raised $600K in a pre-seed funding round, with investments from Roman Saini, Himanshu Ratnoo, Kunal Gupta, Devaiah Bopanna, and Vikrant Potnis. This new funding will be directed towards technological enhancements, particularly to expand its AI-driven cost estimator, improve clinical matching models, and establish a multilingual patient intelligence layer to enhance their discovery engine, as stated in a recent press release.

CureMeAbroad Overview
Co-founded in June 2025 by Aditya Oza and Mikhail Bohra, CureMeAbroad is an AI-centric platform designed to connect international patients with appropriate hospitals, surgeons, and medical destinations. The platform employs a unique AI cost estimator that has been trained on more than 634 procedure records and operates under HIPAA certification for data security.
Expanding Services and Partnerships
Currently, CureMeAbroad features a directory that includes over 6,000 hospitals across 47 countries and 45 different specialties. The platform collaborates with more than 380 accredited partner hospitals located in major medical tourism destinations, including Mexico, Turkey, Thailand, India, and Georgia.
Future Growth Strategies
The company aims to expedite its growth in targeted source markets, initially focusing on the GCC, UK, and Africa. It seeks to address common issues in the industry, such as the lack of trust, unclear pricing, dependence on WhatsApp agents for communications, unverified clinic listings, and inadequate aftercare accountability.
