&Done Secures Rs 6.5 Crore Funding for Expansion

&Done, an Indian professional haircare brand, has successfully raised Rs 6.5 crore (approximately $780K) in a pre-seed funding round driven by All In Capital, alongside contributions from M.G. Investments and numerous angel investors. This funding will be allocated towards team expansion, speeding up product development, and enhancing both salon and direct-to-consumer distributions throughout India.

Established in 2025 by Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain, &Done is creating scientifically formulated, professional-quality haircare products tailored for Indian hair and climatic conditions. The brand employs a hybrid distribution model, combining salon partnerships with direct consumer sales, currently collaborating with 1,500 stylists across more than 300 premium salons in tier-I cities.

Product Offerings

The shampoo and conditioner ranges from &Done are crafted as high-performance formulas specifically designed for heat-styled and chemically treated Indian hair.

Market Potential

According to market research, India’s haircare market is projected to grow from a valuation of $3.8 billion in 2024 to $6 billion by 2030, presenting a significant opportunity for emerging high-performance brands such as &Done.
