About &Done
Founded in 2023 by Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain, &Done is a premium haircare brand dedicated to offering professional products specifically tailored for Indian hair types and climatic conditions. The brand collaborates with global formulation partners and salons to ensure that products are tested in authentic Indian environments, adhering to a salon-first business model.
Addressing the Needs of Indian Salons
&Done strives to tackle significant challenges faced by Indian salons, where imported haircare products are often unsuitable for Indian hair due to their design for temperate climates and Caucasian hair. Additionally, local alternatives frequently lack high-performance formulations. By utilising globally sourced active ingredients, &Done’s products are vetted by Indian consumers and professional stylists alike.
Product Availability and Future Launches
The professional product line from &Done is accessible in more than 500 premium salons across regions including Delhi NCR, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Hyderabad. The brand currently offers four professional SKUs along with two retail products that are available for purchase both online and offline, with plans for further product launches in 2026.
Market Growth and Customer Reach
According to market reports, the Indian haircare sector is anticipated to expand at a CAGR of 11.02% between 2025 and 2033. In the words of Saumya Yadav, co-founder of &Done, the importance of salons has been pivotal to their development journey, stating that top stylists were the first to trial their products, providing feedback that has influenced each product iteration. The mission is to redefine the meaning of ‘Made in India’ in the context of haircare, as Indian hair deserves formulations developed exclusively for it.
&Done has reported serving 15,000 customers through its website, reaching an additional 35,000 via marketplaces, and maintains a presence in over 500 salons. The brand competes against established names such as Olaplex, Nexxus, Redken, and Moxie.
