Even Healthcare Set to Raise Rs 208 Crore in Series B Funding

Bengaluru-based healthcare startup Even Healthcare is preparing for a second round of funding this year. The company aims to secure Rs 208 crore, or $22 million, in a Series B funding round led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from DLB Ventures, Simon Fiduciaria, and others. In January 2026, Even Healthcare successfully raised $20 million, spearheaded by Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave. The board at Even has approved a special resolution to issue 1,91,228 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at a price of Rs 10,889.91 each, aiming to raise Rs 208.24 crore, according to the company’s regulatory filings.

Funding Round Details

Khosla Ventures is contributing Rs 145 crore in this funding round, followed by DLB Ventures with Rs 38.88 crore and Simon Fiduciaria with Rs 22.67 crore. Additionally, ADBEEV LLP and Better Capital will also invest Rs 1 crore each. Based on estimates from Startup Superb, the firm is projected to be valued at approximately $300 million during this Series B round. The funds will primarily satisfy the company’s business funding requirements as indicated in their filings.

Company Background and Services

Even Healthcare, established in 2020, operates using a membership-based healthcare model that includes primary care, diagnostics, and hospital services. Unlike conventional hospital chains, Even Healthcare prioritises continuity of care and patient recovery. Their care teams are dedicated to managing patients throughout consultations, diagnostics, hospitalisation, and post-discharge recovery.

Financial Performance

Even Healthcare is yet to submit its FY26 financials to the Registrar of Companies (RoC). However, in FY25, the company’s revenue saw an impressive increase of over 4X, soaring to Rs 25.43 crore from Rs 6.24 crore in FY24. Despite the revenue growth, its losses also rose by 24.5%, climbing to Rs 90.15 crore from Rs 72.40 crore within the same timeframe.
