Flipkart Group Revenue Growth in FY26

Flipkart Group has shown robust growth in FY26, with consolidated revenue increasing by 18.2% compared to the previous year. The group reported a slight improvement in its financial results, as net losses diminished by 2.1%, bringing the total to Rs 8,468 crore for the fiscal year.

According to the consolidated financial statements filed with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), Flipkart Internet’s operational revenue jumped to Rs 145,880 crore in FY26, up from Rs 123,451 crore in FY25. These financial results highlight Flipkart Group’s consolidated performance following its re-establishment in India, which included the integration of 25 subsidiary companies under Flipkart Internet. Key businesses such as Flipkart, Myntra, and Cleartrip are part of this consolidation, which occurred in March 2026, following the amalgamation of the group’s Singapore entities.

Revenue Streams of Flipkart Internet

The sale of traded goods remained the largest revenue source for Flipkart Internet, accounting for Rs 1,04,850 crore—a 12.8% increase from Rs 92,957 crore in FY25. This figure reflects revenue derived from product sales via its commercial operations rather than commissions from transactions.

Logistics, warehousing, and shipping services became the second-largest revenue contributor, with revenue soaring 2.4 times to Rs 23,059 crore, up from Rs 9,580 crore in the prior fiscal year. Revenue from advertising services also surged by 30.7%, reaching Rs 9,597 crore in FY26 from Rs 7,343 crore a year earlier. However, revenue from marketplace and collection services dropped by 43.9% to Rs 6,719 crore, down from Rs 11,967 crore in FY25. This category includes seller fees, commissions, and payment collection charges.

Other Revenue Contributions

Other operating income added Rs 1,655 crore in FY26, while non-operating income contributed an additional Rs 820 crore, elevating Flipkart Internet’s total revenue to Rs 1,46,700 crore for the fiscal year.

Expense Overview

The cost of materials constituted nearly 74.4% of total expenses, which increased by 17% to Rs 1,15,118 crore. Transportation costs escalated by 28.9% to Rs 15,154 crore, and advertising expenditures rose by 4.7% to Rs 4,941 crore. Employee benefit costs saw a 1.3% rise, amounting to Rs 8,376 crore, which included Rs 2,922 crore in ESOP expenses.

Depreciation and amortization expenses totalled Rs 1,801 crore, while legal and professional costs were recorded at Rs 1,595 crore. Overall, Flipkart Internet’s expenses grew by 16%, reaching Rs 1,54,781 crore in FY26, compared to Rs 1,33,400 crore in FY25.

Financial Performance Metrics

The company’s EBITDA loss narrowed significantly by 21.5%, resulting in Rs 5,891 crore in FY26, down from Rs 7,504 crore in FY25. The EBITDA margin and return on capital employed (ROCE) stood at -4.04% and -39.04%, respectively. Additionally, Flipkart Internet’s net loss reduced slightly by 2.1% to Rs 8,468 crore in FY26, compared to Rs 8,646 crore in FY25, as revenue growth surpassed the increase in expenses.

In FY26, Flipkart Internet spent Rs 1.06 to generate each rupee of operating revenue, an improvement over Rs 1.08 from the previous fiscal year.
