Grest’s Growth Funding and Future Expansion Plans

Grest, a full-stack recommerce company, has successfully raised Rs 16 crore in a recent funding round led by Equentis Wealth, with support from JIIF, The Chennai Angels, India Accelerator, Lead Invest, and 8i Ventures. Based in Gurugram, the company had earlier secured $2.29 million from Equentis Wealth and other investors. The newly acquired funds are intended for scaling direct-to-consumer operations through both online and offline channels, upgrading infrastructure and supply chain capabilities, enhancing technological platforms, and boosting brand visibility.

About Grest

Established in 2018 by Shrey Sardana and Nitin Goyal, Grest operates a comprehensive recommerce model that takes charge of sourcing, refurbishing, ensuring quality, and providing distribution and after-sales services all in-house. The company’s focus lies on offering premium renewed Apple devices, such as iPhones, MacBooks, and iPads, all of which come with warranties and structured after-sales support.

Quality Assurance at Grest

Every device offered by Grest is subjected to over 50 quality inspection points. Customers can trust that all products come with a 12-month promise period, focusing on providing a consistent and dependable ownership experience. Grest also highlights its commitment to sustainability, claiming to have mitigated more than 15,500 metric tonnes of CO₂-equivalent emissions by extending device life cycles and tackling electronic waste.

Revenue Growth and Future Goals

Grest has reported a remarkable nine-fold increase in revenue, rising from Rs 2.9 crore in FY23 to Rs 25.7 crore in FY25. The company aims to reach Rs 50 crore in revenue by FY26. Plans are underway to launch five company-owned and operated retail stores by March 2026. Additionally, Grest intends to expand partnerships with large-format retailers and Apple premium resellers.

Customer Base and Operational Reach

Currently, Grest serves over 2 lakh customers along with more than 100 enterprises and institutions, operating from its renewal facility located in Gurugram.
