AI Recruitment Platform HireBound Secures $2 Million in Funding
AI recruitment platform HireBound has successfully raised $2 million during a seed funding round, spearheaded by Kalaari Capital. The funding round also included contributions from Antler, Infinyte Club, and CareerNet. The Bengaluru-based startup intends to utilise the funds to enhance product development, broaden its market operations, and scale on a global level. The target is to achieve a fivefold increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within the next 12 to 18 months.

Achievements and Capabilities
The firm asserts that it has facilitated over 3 million conversations with candidates and has trained its system using more than 2 million resumes and around 30,000 job openings. Furthermore, it integrates seamlessly with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), making it a preferred choice among staffing agencies and enterprise talent acquisition teams.
Future Expansion Plans
Currently operating with a team of 15 members, the startup has ambitious plans to expand into international markets within the next 12 to 24 months, ensuring compliance with regional hiring practices and regulations.
