IdeaForge Technologies Reports Financial Growth in Q3 FY26

IdeaForge Technologies has revealed its financial outcomes for the quarter concluding in December 2025. The company has experienced a remarkable 75% growth in scale, even as its losses reached Rs 34 crore during this period. According to the unaudited financial results cited from the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the revenue generated from operations surged to Rs 31.5 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs 18 crore noted in Q3 FY25.

Revenue and Operations

The revenue from the sale of unnamed aerial vehicles (UAVs) constituted the primary source of operating income for IdeaForge in the last quarter. Additionally, the company generated Rs 2.5 crore from its financial assets, elevating its total revenue to Rs 34 crore in Q3 FY26, up from Rs 22.5 crore in the same quarter the previous year.

Cost Breakdown

For IdeaForge, the materials needed to produce drones represented 34% of the total expenditures. This specific cost saw a significant leap, increasing 2.5 times to Rs 24 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 9.5 crore in Q3 FY25. The firm’s total expenses, inclusive of employee benefits, finance costs, legal services, professional advertising, and additional overheads, climbed to Rs 70 crore in Q3 FY26, up from Rs 43 crore in Q3 FY25.

Loss and Orders

IdeaForge’s losses escalated by 42%, reaching Rs 34 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs 24 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ending December 2025, the company’s total loss amounted to Rs 77 crore.

In November of the previous year, IdeaForge secured an order valued at approximately Rs 75 crore from the Ministry of Defence for the provision of AFDS/tactical-class UAVs and associated accessories. This domestic order is set to be fulfilled within 12 months and is anticipated to significantly contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Market Performance

At the close of today’s trading session, IdeaForge’s stock was valued at Rs 431, leading to a total market capitalisation of Rs 1,864 crore, which is approximately $203 million.
