InCred Black: A Premium Wealth Management Service for UHNIs
InCred Black has been introduced by InCred Capital, targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and affluent families. With this launch, Alok Agrawal, Harmeet Sahney, and Zarksis Gotla have come aboard as Co-Founders of InCred Black. The trio comes with an impressive background, having developed the wealth management division at Avendus and collectively possessing over 80 years of experience from organisations such as Kotak, Barclays, and Credit Suisse.
Wealth Management Services Offered by InCred Black
InCred Black aims to provide comprehensive wealth management services, encompassing asset allocation, alternative investments, public and private markets, as well as credit and liquidity solutions on a global scale. This offering will enhance the service capabilities of InCred Capital and the wider InCred Group.
Building Strong Client Relationships
Agrawal, Sahney, and Gotla will concentrate on nurturing client relationships, growing the team, and scaling the new venture. The introduction of InCred Black coincides with InCred’s wealth division exceeding Rs 1 lakh crore in assets under management (AUM). The firm has stated that InCred Black will bring a more specialised approach to its UHNI clients while its experienced personnel will further bolster the overarching wealth management services.
Unique Insights and Enhanced Offerings
Bhupinder Singh, Founder and Group CEO of InCred, expressed that InCred Black elevates the standards for the wealth management sector, delivering a more targeted proposition, unique access, and the full range of InCred’s capabilities to its most discerning clients. Additionally, Nitin Rao, CEO of InCred Wealth, noted that this new business will provide enhanced specialisation for the company’s UHNI connections and reinforce its offerings across their wealth platform.
Future Plans for InCred Black
InCred Black is set to recruit more senior bankers and specialised talent as it expands. It is important to note that InCred Capital and InCred Money operate as separate entities and do not fall under InCred Holdings Limited, which is the wholly-owned parent company of InCred Finance, currently making preparations for an IPO.
