About LeapFWD

Through LeapFWD, a rigorous four-month accelerator programme, ten promising startups will receive essential support aimed at bridging the divide between innovation and industry adoption. The initiative emphasizes the importance of technology, sustainability, and efficiency in construction.

What Startups Can Expect

Participating startups will benefit from structured mentorship, business development opportunities, and access to a shared funding pool, which ranges from Rs 100 to 150 crore. This funding is made possible through the collaboration of IA, V S Fortune, and their extensive investor networks.

Areas of Focus

LeapFWD will provide a platform for startups focusing on solutions in key areas, including smart real estate, automation in construction, sustainable materials, and digital infrastructure. Additionally, startups will have the chance to test their innovations in real-world settings with real estate developers and infrastructure companies.

Demo Day and Programme Timeline

The programme will conclude with a Demo Day, where founders are given the opportunity to present their solutions to a selected audience of investors, industry leaders, and corporate partners. The inaugural cohort of LeapFWD is set to commence in December 2025 and will conclude in March 2026, culminating in the much-anticipated Demo Day.
