Growth of the Alternative Investment Platform

The initiation of SCF II signifies a crucial advancement in the expansion of JM Financial’s alternative investment offerings. The fund’s primary objective is to target performing credit prospects across various sectors, with a strong emphasis on entities that maintain reliable cash flows, robust business models, and trustworthy promoter histories.

Structured Credit Solutions for High-Quality Businesses

With its focused strategy, SCF II seeks to deliver structured credit solutions that cater to high-quality businesses while providing investors with appealing risk-adjusted returns. The initiative will be spearheaded by Amit Dharod, who is the Managing Director of Alternative Assets at JM Financial Asset Management. Additionally, the fund intends to leverage the synergistic capabilities within the JM Financial Group’s integrated framework, which spans investment banking, capital markets, and credit, to access unique deal flow and enhance origination capabilities.

Insights into India’s AIF Industry
