Meta Fashion Secures Funding to Transform Digital Fashion

Meta Fashion, a new-age digital fashion platform, has successfully raised around $400K in a pre-seed funding round led by Lumikai, with contributions from angel investors such as Big Bets, the family office of Anton Gauffin, Akshat Rathee, and Pratham Mittal. The funds are intended to amplify its virtual fashion enterprise, expand its original IP game, GlamGirls, and broaden its presence across various user-generated content platforms, as stated in a press release from Meta Fashion.

Innovative Digital Fashion Solutions

Established in 2022 by Arjun Goel, Meta Fashion focuses on creating trend-driven digital fashion designs for platforms like Roblox, Fortnite, and ZEPETO. The company also features a unique hybrid Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) line that transforms its virtual bestsellers into tangible products.

Proprietary AI-Driven Platform

Meta Fashion claims that its platform operates on a proprietary AI-native fast fashion engine tailored for digital assets. This engine utilises AI-enhanced styling and creation tools to analyse real-time marketplace trends and consumer demand, enhancing asset discovery, speeding up creation processes, and boosting conversion rates across virtual marketplaces.

According to company reports, Meta Fashion has successfully sold more than 2.5 million virtual fashion units within the Roblox marketplace, resulting in an estimated $300K in gross merchandise value while maintaining an impressive 92% gross margin. The firm has formed partnerships with global brands such as Walmart to introduce real-world products to the digital realm.

GlamGirls: A Game Changer

The startup’s dress-up game, GlamGirls, was launched in beta on Roblox in late 2025 and has already garnered over 100K paying users. Notably, 75% of its user base is female, with half of the users aged over 18. This innovative game may directly or indirectly contend with other platforms in the digital fashion space, including Twin Atlas, TOPCAT, Reverse Polarity, and PhygitalTwin.
