M2P Fintech Appoints Vivek Seshadri as Group CFO to Propel Growth
Digital banking infrastructure company M2P Fintech has announced the hiring of Vivek Seshadri as its new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). M2P Fintech stated that Vivek is set to lead the global finance division and will be instrumental in guiding the company’s forthcoming growth phase, reinforcing financial discipline, and gearing up for a potential entry into public markets in the years ahead.
Seshadri arrives with over 15 years of expertise in strategic finance, business management, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions within international technology and financial services firms. His inclusion comes at a time when M2P is experiencing rapid growth across different markets while establishing the operational frameworks necessary for sustainable development.
Role and Responsibilities of the New Group CFO
As the Group CFO, Seshadri will manage M2P’s financial operations, investor relations, capital strategies, and M&A projects. He is expected to collaborate closely with the leadership team to enhance operational efficiency, improve financial systems, and assist the company’s growth into crucial global markets.
Previous Experience
Before joining M2P, Seshadri held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hitachi Payment Services. Throughout his career, he has also occupied significant roles in investment banking, strategic finance, and investor relations, which has provided him with extensive insights into capital markets, corporate strategy, and value generation within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
