Mysa Fintech Startup Raises $3.4 Million for Expansion

Business-to-business fintech startup Mysa has successfully secured $3.4 million in a funding round that was co-led by Blume Ventures and Piper Serica. Other participants included Ikemori Ventures, Raise Financial Services, QED Innovation Labs, as well as existing investors such as Antler, IIMA Ventures, and Neon Fund. The Bengaluru-based company had earlier raised $2.8 million during its seed funding round in February 2025 from Blume Ventures and additional investors.

The funds will be allocated towards expanding automation capabilities and introducing new banking products. Mysa intends to roll out procurement tools, expense management solutions linked to the Unified Payments Interface, and a corporate credit card, according to a press release issued by the company.

About Mysa

Co-founded in 2023 by Arpita Kapoor and Mohit Rangaraju, Mysa is recognised as a fintech startup delivering an AI-driven unified platform for business banking, expense management, and accounting automation. The platform is tailored for mid-sized Indian businesses with revenues ranging from Rs 10 crore to Rs 300 crore, assisting them in streamlining accounts payable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

Services Offered by Mysa

Mysa provides a range of services, including accounts payable automation, invoice management, expense tracking, and integrated banking services through partner banks such as Yes Bank. A standout feature of the platform is Smart Scan, which automates bill processing, expense categorization, and real-time reconciliation.

Target Customers and Transaction Volumes

The company seeks to simplify financial operations for founders and finance teams, offering a comprehensive solution as an alternative to using various disconnected tools. Mysa serves various sectors, including quick commerce, manufacturing, hospitality, fintech, and real estate, with clients such as Dhan, Wint Wealth, Swish, DrinkPrime, and Material Depot.

Currently, Mysa claims to handle over Rs 1,500 crore in annualised transaction volumes and facilitates payments to more than 40,000 bank accounts. The startup has established integrations with over 15 banks, including Axis Bank, Yes Bank, IDFC First Bank, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank.
