Recognised as a co-founder factory, The Foundery emphasises hands-on execution rather than traditional classroom learning.

About The Foundery Programme

Participants in The Foundery programme collaborate with operators, investors, and field experts to validate their ideas, develop products, assess market fit, and structure their businesses effectively. Those selected have the opportunity to retain up to 25% equity in the startups they help create. Successful startups that achieve internal milestones may receive seed funding of up to Rs 4 crore, along with ongoing strategic support post-programme.

The Foundery is aimed at aspiring founders, early-stage entrepreneurs, and mid-career professionals seeking to innovate. The selection process prioritises effective problem-solving, creativity, and a founder mentality over formal qualifications and polished presentations. Applicants undergo multiple rounds of evaluations that concentrate on clarity of ideas, execution strategy, and their capacity for resilience.
