Rezolv Secures Funding to Enhance AI-Native Lending Technology

Rezolv, a pioneering AI-native lending technology platform in financial services, has successfully secured $12.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Norwest. The funding also saw participation from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, along with existing investor 3one4 Capital. Previously, in March last year, the Mumbai-based company raised $3.5 million in a seed round led by 3one4 Capital. This new influx of capital will focus on enhancing its AI capabilities across various aspects of lending, such as sales, risk management, underwriting, and collections, as stated in a recent press release.

About Rezolv and Its Founders

Rezolv was co-founded in October 2024 by Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, who were also behind the digital lending startup Kissht. As a lending technology platform, Rezolv allows lenders to automate, streamline, and optimise their lending processes. The platform provides features ranging from welcome calls and pre-delinquency management to write-off processes. By employing advanced analytics, automation, and digital engagement, Rezolv aims to enhance efficiencies and elevate customer experience.

AI-Driven Debt Collection Services

Rezolv caters to banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) through a debt collection platform that leverages AI. It combines expertise in lending and collections with an AI-first technology approach. The startup’s primary objective is to establish end-to-end automation for lending workflows.

Strategic Partnerships and Achievements

Since its launch, Rezolv asserts that it has formed partnerships with more than 22 banks and NBFCs, including notable names such as AU Small Finance Bank, ICICI Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp, Bajaj Auto Credit, and Five-Star Business Finance. The platform facilitates 6.5 million minutes of borrower conversations monthly, effectively enabling collections across over 12 million loan accounts. Rezolv claims that its solutions have boosted bounce and resolution rates by 35%.

Competitive Landscape

In the AI-powered lending and debt collections sector, Rezolv competes with firms such as Credgenics, Nucleus Software, and Mobicule. According to data collected by Startup Superb, fintech startups attracted nearly $2 billion in the first half of 2026, representing 26% of the overall funding raised.
