Ola Electric Mobility Limited has appointed Pritam Das Mohapatra as the new company secretary and compliance officer. This decision was approved by the board of directors during their meeting on December 30, 2024, and took effect immediately.
This appointment follows the resignation of Pramendra Tomar, who left his position as secretary and compliance officer two months ago due to personal reasons and commitments.
Pritam Das Mohapatra’s Professional Background
Pritam Das Mohapatra comes with over 14 years of experience in various domains, including:

- Compliance
- Fundraising
- IPO listings
- Corporate governance
He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to this role, Mohapatra held positions at:
- Merabo Labs Private Limited
- ANI Technologies Private Limited
- Ola Fleet Technologies Private Limited
- Zuari Infraworld India Limited
Responsibilities in His New Role
In his new capacity, Mohapatra will be tasked with:
- Overseeing the company’s regulatory compliance

- Ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations and corporate governance standards
