Omega Seiki Mobility Boosts Electric Vehicle Development with Rs 50 Crore Funding

Omega Seiki Mobility is excited to announce a funding round, securing Rs 50 crore from Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma. This funding will help the company enhance its manufacturing capabilities, strengthen its research and development efforts, and improve its dealer and service network across the nation. The aim is to fast-track the deployment of advanced electric mobility solutions.

About Omega Seiki Mobility

Founded in 2018 by Uday Narang, Omega Seiki Mobility is dedicated to producing electric vehicles, particularly focusing on commercial electric three-wheelers, two-wheelers, and light trucks designed for last-mile delivery. Operating under the Anglian Omega Group, OSM has manufacturing facilities in both Faridabad and Pune.

Financial Performance and Clientele

In the fiscal year 2026, Omega Seiki Mobility reported revenues nearing Rs 333 crore, with a profit after tax amounting to Rs 7.3 crore and an impressive EBITDA margin of 7.7%. The company services a diverse clientele, including recognized names like Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé.

Market Presence and Future Plans

Omega Seiki Mobility has established its footprint in India’s commercial electric vehicle market across various vehicle categories. Looking ahead, the company intends to broaden its offerings to include cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers, and light commercial electric vehicles.

Collaborations with Financial Institutions

To facilitate retail financing and fleet deployment, Omega Seiki Mobility has partnered with financial institutions and green mobility firms such as cKers Finance and Mufin Green. This collaboration is set to further enhance the company’s growth in the electric vehicle sector.
