Get My Parking Secures Rs 40 Crore for AI-Based Solutions
Get My Parking, a startup focused on AI-driven parking management, is raising Rs 40 crore (approximately $4.21 million) through an extended Series A round, supported by current investor IvyCap Ventures. This funding arrives over a year following the company’s $2.5 million Series A funding acquired in June 2025, also led by IvyCap Ventures.
Details of the Funding Round
The board of Get My Parking has approved the issuance of 7,261 Series A3 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) priced at Rs 55,088 each to secure the Rs 40 crore funding, as indicated in a regulatory filing accessed by Startup Superb. Estimates by Startup Superb suggest that this funding round values Get My Parking at around Rs 375 crore, an increase from Rs 335 crore in the last round. The funds will support the ongoing business activities of the company.

Established in 2015 by Chirag Jain and Rasik Pansare, Get My Parking offers pioneering AI and IoT-driven solutions for parking management. These solutions allow operators to digitize parking facilities, featuring automated entry, digital payment options, and real-time availability of parking spaces. Based in Bengaluru, the company has raised over $12.5 million to date.
Post-investment, IvyCap Ventures will continue to hold the most significant external share in the company, with a 31.43% stake. Get My Parking has yet to submit its financial statements for FY26. However, for the fiscal year ending in March 2025, the company’s operational revenue saw a rise of 22.6%, reaching Rs 36.04 crore, while net losses increased by 66.2% to Rs 10.87 crore.
