This investment will be dedicated to advancing its healthcare communication platform and enabling expansion into the United States market.

About Pype AI

Founded in 2024 by Dhruv Mehra and Ashish Tripathy, Pype AI develops voice-activated AI agents that automate various tasks such as appointment scheduling, follow-ups, treatment preparation, and 24/7 support. These agents are trained on medical conversational datasets to ensure they provide accurate and compassionate interactions with patients.

Innovative Solutions and Features

The company has also created Whispey, an open-source observability platform that includes over 40 evaluations to guarantee compliance and performance. By integrating with hospital electronic medical records, Pype AI significantly decreases missed appointments, reduces operational costs, and enhances patient retention.

Pype AI is currently operational in numerous Indian healthcare facilities and reports that it automates more than 85 percent of patient inquiries. Furthermore, it is integrating with leading healthcare platforms such as Zocdoc, Epic, and Cerner while onboarding clinic networks based in the United States.

Future Plans

The startup aims to collaborate with more than 50 hospitals and clinic chains by mid-2026 and is partnering with medical professionals to publish research focusing on AI-driven enhancements to patient adherence.
