Stanza Living Secures Rs 60 Crore in Debt Funding
Stanza Living, a prominent managed accommodation provider, has successfully acquired Rs 60 crore, equivalent to $7 million, in debt financing from Alteria Capital and Innoven Capital. Previously, Stanza Living had raised Rs 110 crore ($13 million) in a bridge funding round led by Alpha Wave, as reported exclusively by Startup Superb.
Details of the Recent Funding Round
The board of Stanza Living issued 6,000 non-convertible debentures, each with a face value of Rs 1,00,000, to secure the aforementioned funding, according to regulatory filings accessed from the Registrar of Companies (RoC). Out of the total investment, Alteria Capital contributed Rs 35 crore ($4.1 million), while Innoven Capital invested Rs 25 crore ($2.9 million).

Investment Highlights
To date, the Delhi-based startup has secured over $240 million across various debt and equity funding rounds. Notable investors include Alpha Wave, Peak XV Partners, Accel, and Z47, as indicated by various startup data intelligence platforms. Stanza Living is yet to file its financials for FY24 and FY25.
Financial Performance
In FY23, Stanza Living reported revenues soaring to Rs 442 crore, up from Rs 115 crore in FY22. However, during the same timeframe, losses increased by 18.71% to Rs 495 crore.
Competitive Landscape
Stanza Living faces competition from Your-Space, which has raised Rs 70 crore in debt, and Truliv, which has formed a strategic equity partnership with Bennett, Coleman and Company Limited (BCCL). Other challengers in the managed accommodation space include Colive, Settl, Union Living, and Coho.
